thx to both mymeghji and amygdalaa, for your quick response and encouraging! i'm a busy mom too. I started in Dec 2005 with a full time job and i had my baby on march 7th this year, 2 months before the exam day and i had to pump milk on that day also. i have another "terrible 2" daughter who is glued to my leg whenever i'm in her sight. i quit my full time job for 3 months, both for maternity leave and for step 1. i just got a new job 2 wks before the step 1 exam since i had to go back to work to feed my babies. it is stressful but thank you again and i'm planning for step 2 Ck by the end of this year during holiday break (i have 3 wks). i know if i don't do it now to fullfil my dream and go back to my patients again one day, maybe i'll never have chance to do it in my life time.

Good decision. You have achieved so much in the face of adversity. Things will turn your way one day. Just hang on and you will be fine.........For step 2, you could make a plan so you do a little at a time and use your 3 weeks for the final revision. Good luck to you!

Thank you mei- I dont notice much of a difference between 238 and 244, yet, one of these is 96 and one 99. So, I think the upper 90s are all similar. Still I am grateful for this score. thanks jmn. I did not use either.

sunny2 and reliable, thanks for your wishes. sunny- I would say the difficulty level was high in the actual exam. I scored 42, 41, 41 I think.
