alpha 2 is the answer as alpha 2 ,M2,D2 all linked to Gi proteins hence they inhibit adenylyl cyclase..... beta 1 and 2,D1,H2,glucagon all linked to Gs proteins hence activate adenylyl cyclase ...alpha 1,M1 and M3 are linked to Gq proteins therefore activation of phospholipase C ...
