congratulations for the amazing score
with out dought i need your help,i'm an img garuated in june2005 doing my internship here in dubai DOHMS i have about 3 months to finish my internship which i feel it was not that benificial except the paper work that i'm expert in it now,any way i was so confused about what should i do next and what exams i have to preapare for finally i decided for usmle coz the training is best there and of course they don't have proper residency programe in uae also finding jobs is very diffecult esp i'm newly graduate most of my freinds are telling me not to do it oz it is very diffecult but i think if there is a well there is a way ,so i'd like to know from where to study and if these books are avaliabe here and how long it took u to preapare for it also should i do tofel if i'm doing it here till now these qs are enough for time being and i hope from my heart that u will replyyy me sa soon as u can.

i have both the review package from kaplan and the lecture notes
the preparation is long and stressing
may take up to 7 months in my case coz i did no do many things well in my college
and it is a good idea to both work and prepare for the exam, coz it is a really boring stuff u have to tackle
