Hi all,
I apply for step 2 CK the the application process (as instruction) requires Form
344, Form 345, and copies of my diploma again although I submitted them when I applied for step 1.
Do I have to submit them again?

hi,
i have a query here,
ecfmg sent me an email 15 days back telling me that my medical diploma are sent to the medical school for verification.
after verifying the documents , my medical school sent my transcripts along with the verified documents to ecfmg back.
this week i will fill in the online applicaition for step 2ck. i already gave my step 1 in october 2005.
so what all forms do i have to send. have i to fill form 187 again and get it notarised or signed by the dean again.
please answer

I'm not sure about your case. I request a name change when apply for step 2 CK, so I have to fill form 186 again.

anothergoljanfan,
all you need to do is complete the iwa for your ck. no need to send any forms as all the stuff ecfmg needs would have been sent at the time of your s1.
