could you just tell me what. i am tensed. i made wrong diagnosis in one case. the sp acted badly and showed me her chest instead of flank and i made dd all forresp system and not abd. anothr case a old lady whom i believe had angina gave such an absuurd history that all examinees never mentioned angina. we made other diagnosis. my other cases wee fine. how did yours go.

hey mmhrc,
it seems you feel unsure about two cases and the mistakes that you are talking about are not ones that can fail you. I can tell you from my experience.....did not wash my hands prior to physical in one case and remembered mid-way through my examination, my dd in most cases were certainly not in order of priority, in one clear cut case of angina I diagnosed it as a case of mucle pull, did not counsel in two cases, and to top it all did not do an ophthalmoscopic examination in a case of hypertension.
I still passed...reason you just have to get 65 to 70% of the checklist boxes to be correct in each case for you to pass and so even with a couple of mistakes here and there is hardle a reason to flunk.
