64 year-old woman presents with episodic flushing < 10 minutes, watery diarrhea, brochoconstriction, wheezing, right-side heart murmur endocardial fibrosis.

What is the diagnosis?

What is the associated symptoms ? The pt has no hypertension.

the patient has carcinoid syndrome.

diagnosis- 24 hr urine 5-HIAA

and the Rx- surgery is first line if possible and if not possible then octreotide.

and the patients of carcinoid syndrome usually have hypotension.

Correct. But most pt have no hypertension. The screening test is 5HIAA !! Thanks
