Dear my friends,
I received form ds-2019 for cancer research program for two years.
I am support for this program by my fund. And the category of my visa is research scholar and my research field is cancer research which mention in form ds-2019.
It’s mandatory for me to waive two years home –country.
How can I find out that I am in category which can waive two years home country?
If I change the duration of my program or my position to increase my chance to waive two year country or know lawyer who are expert in that purpose
Please let me know.
