I live in Islamabad. I already passed step2, now preparing for step1. Right now studying Anatomy.

Aslaam-o-alikum
I am preparing for step 1 and I am only using the Kaplan books. In my experience so far, i feel that these books are excellent and quite complete. I am talked with others who have been using kaplan and already given the exam and they love it also. Many of my friends used kaplan and got scores in the 90s. (94,98,99,97,86,86)
Please also tell me from where you prepared your step 2 and what score you got. Best of luck, omar

A-o-A, Omar,
I used Kaplan lecure notes for step2. My score was not very good. After single reading of kaplan, I got 200/82. I had lot of distractors during my studies.
Now I am using kaplan for step 1 too, but this time planning to take atleast 2-3 readings followed by mcqs.

kaplan lecture notes are the best.far surpass blue prints and the like.
I got 89/220 recently in step2. Read only kaplan.

sorry for the bother, i'm unable to do anything for you, but i'm writing to you just because you've given ur step 2. i'm a fresh graduate, planning to give step 2 first and want to know if live kaplan classes are of any help? also, if you know any1 who's taken them, just to see if it's worth taking them? ur help will be highly appreciated.

Lucky......Can u tell me something about the center?.....Do they let u come out during breaks or do u have to stay inside the center?....How big is the locker?...etc etc?
