Hey guys WE are REALLY wrong, Aspirin is the ONLY NSAIDs which is NOT causal of tubulointerstitial nephritis. Instead digoxin toxicity increases renal failure.

I HAVE TO CORRECT MYSELF THE RIGHT ANSWER IS B.

I love this question, it makes me think...

  #10

sorry eaguin.. ASPIRIN is the right answer bcos it inhibits PG synthesis. digoxin causes cardiac toxicity, not renal..

  #11

yes, aspirin is the right one

  #12
