sorry for the delay.ARF was my first response to this question too,but the answer is 2.isothenuria and moderate albuminuria...I donot completely understand why that is why wanted you guys to give opinion.the description only says that increased uric acid levels damage membranes and protiens leak out.

even i thought it as ARF,never thought of this option , i think ARF is correct
