dear bbb
i have done the mle. scored 99 on both the steps.
when i applied for the visa for csa from mumbai , i got rejected.
all my hard work seems to have gone into trash.
now i m in uk. have done the plab. hunting for jobs.
am in a very bad state now.
what i dont understand is that if they dont want to give visa fr csa , then why do they let us take the mle.
this seems like a gimmick by the ecfmg to earn money.
all this is damn frustrating.
can u plz advise?

The USMLE/ECFMG have no control over who INS/Homeland Security let in the country. When going for visas, my sources have told me that you should be prepared to provide proof that you will return to your home country.
