80% OF ALL STONES ARE CALCIUM OXALATE STONES. The rest are about 7% with cystine stones about 1%. The question really asks what is the most frequent recurrent stones ? And how to recognize drug-seeking behaviour among patients who are in their 30's, white male, c/o severe flank pain and yelling, screaming in the ER? It is more to do with the real medicine than answering what is the stone. First of all, you can not tell what is the stone in the Er at 10 p.m. on Saturday, so use your intuition and guess it is calcium oxalate stones !
