Westermark's Sign:
Oligemia of the lung beyond the occluded vessel
* Usually seen in the periphery beyond occlusion of a fairly large lobar or segmental artery
* May be seen diffusely in widespread small vessel occlusion
* While reliable for massive emboli, not sensitive in the detection of small emboli
