i am confused bet B & C. Robbins (patholgic basis) gives score 1 for GRIMACE and score of 2 for COUGH. what shud we consider? (do we have to disregard grimace once coughing is present.)

for each normal condition score should be 2

heart rate 2

active muscle movement & tone 2

reflex stimuli 2

iregular respiration 1

colour of body in which hand & feet are bluish 1

so total score 8

the cough is a better response so you give a higher score when it is present. so baby scores 2 for cough.
