Clinical Microbiology Made Ridiculously Simple
and is it really that many things they put in the last book to help remmebering (funy things ) useless for forigners students and cant be understood by them?

u see really that Ridiculously book not worth beside that book , i mean its way to help memorizing not that effiecent?

mrs has better explanations in it and of course the graphics are good in helping one remember. it also describes the conditions in better clinical detail than in mmi. i liked the immuno section of mmi cos it was so simple for an old img like myself to grasp. it starts from the basic. i have both of them and it is difficult for me to tell you which to buy of the two. i think one fills up the gap for the other. if you are a new img, maybe just mmi will be good enough for you.

this is good advice-especially concerning the immuno section.
