Physiology Qbook which is only 288 pages long can't be too detailed - MCQs in it aren't too detailed but they may be difficult - this is a different thing; but who needs easy questions? they aren't giving you any new info! if you are doing almost all questions correctly this means that you are wasting your time on this resource; believe me, only difficult questions are teaching us to the something new, something we didn't know before; of course, besides of this, these MCQs have to be board-like, i.e. case-based mostly.
