Dear my friends <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I started to study for usmle step 1 last month with Kaplan lecture note. But I found out it is too brief. I am going to swith to Kaplan medical usmle step 1home study program. (Four volume system base review) Please let me know if anyone has any experience about that . I also would like to know. How many pages does it have? And how about the text? Is it easy to read? Is it good for person who graduated 5 years ago? Please let me know. Sincerely,

If you are finding 'Kaplan Lecture Notes' too brief it's much better to get at least one highly rated review book for each subject than 'Kaplan medical usmle step 1 home study program' for everything - don't think that it's the great book just because it bears the name 'KAPLAN' on it's cover - see my comment at http://www.prep4usmle.com/resources/thread/372
