52 yr man.h/o 3mnths increased urinary vol/frequency at night. 6.8 kg loss.no change in appetite.father has hypettension.mom hypertension+dm.his bp=160/85. Fastin blood Sugar=280. WHAT is increased in patient?

is it insulin? is it a presentation of Hyper Osmolar Non Ketotic Coma in DM-2 patients? glucose seems very low for that. why did u guys choose glucagon
