20mnth old girl.h/o fever/cough since 2 days.h/o similar episodes since 4mnths of age.3mnths ago visit to granny in finland for 2 wks. Shes at 25 percentile of length and 5percentile of wt. thin n pale. Temp=100.4,p=150,rr=40.mild clubbing.wheezing crackles at lung base.xra chest=streaky densities bilaterally with mild hyperinflation.diagnosis?
