Proteins (large, complex, proteins to be specific) are the most Antigenic compounds. So most likely to increase the immunogenicity of whatever we conjugate them with!

T cells do not react to polysaccaride Ags.that is why protein from dephteria is added to H.influenza vaccine.(B cells recognize both protein and polysaccaride Ags)
