insomnia, heat intolerance.

Lab shows

Serum free T4 : 49.7 pmol/L

Serum TSH <0.01 uU/mL

Antithyroid peroxidase antibodies 32.0U/mL

How do you treat this post-partum woman who is

breast-feeding ?

Right, beta-blockers for pregnant woman with Grave's Disease.

Then radiactive I when she decides not to breast-feed her baby and life-long synthroid replacement.

Can you use PTU after birth?

I found it's safe in pregnancy. Kap Notes: "antithyroid drugs such as propylthiouracil (PTU is safe in pregnancy)" But it doesn't say anything about postpartum management.
