1-day old infant appears dusky while feeding in the newborn nursery. O2 per NC given immediately. Shortly after infant performs tachypnea. PE-BP 50/30 mm Hg, Ps 180 bpm, resp 60/min. EchoCG-hypoplastic left heart syndr. Auscultation of this infant's chest will show which of the following:
a. continuous ductal murmur, bounding pulses
b. continuous ductal murmur, poor peripheric pulses
c. holosystolic murmur, poor pulses, quiet S2
d. no murmurs, precordial activity, loud S2
e. no murmurs, precordial activity, quiet S2
