52 yr and 6 months old man living with wife, 2 sons and a daughter , has a cat and a dog , the cat is very cute and the dog is smart, they both have loving relationship .....
This man comes to you with the following physical sign:
The chest is slightly larger but moves less on the right ;the percussion note is less resonant on the left where breath sounds are louder.
The most likely diagnosis is :

A. Consolidation on the left
B. Pleural effusion on the right
C. Collapse on the left
D. Pleural effusion on the left
E. Pneumothorax on the right
F. Consolidation on the right
G. Collapse on the right
