52 yr and 6 months old man living with wife, 2 sons and a daughter , has a cat and a dog , the cat is very cute and the dog is smart, they both have loving relationship ..... This man comes to you with the following physical sign: The chest is slightly larger but moves less on the right ;the percussion note is less resonant on the left where breath sounds are louder.
