all right then...lets get cracking...I just started today....i thought i will be fulltime studying, but having to take care of my 4 mnth old son at home is a fulltime job in its entirety...so consider "full or part time" preparation. I have kaplan lecture notes, BSS series and tons of MCQ's. I contemplated starting with anat and move sequentially thru all subjects...any ideas and suggestions, strategies... we can keep in touch & discuss with email, telephone(if in US). my email: docmax@sbcglobal.net thanks yall

Hi! - i have the Kaplan notes too and MCQs. Anat is fine for starters. What kind of schedule should we look at? I'm in a fulltime job that i'l be quitting in a few weeks so its going to be slow off the block for me too. I have 2 kids but my husband sez he's going to chip in to help with stuff. My email is laka@telus.net. How many days do you want to put in per system? or do we go overall?

Hi I don't have kaplan notes but i will follow your schedule. We'll start with anatomy; how often are you going to meet for discussions? what system would be first to discuss. Please reply.

When are you taking the Step 1? I have 6 months and am trying to work out a schedule accordingly. But we could go thru a very quich revision for everything first if your schedule is tighter.

Sorry - just looked at your previous post and saw you're taking it in April. So how about 20 days for anat and lets start with Section 1 in Kaplan upto Fem repro

Gr8 to have a group forming. cord, I feel 20 days may be a bit stretch...lets do this...target to polish off anat in 15 days...if still pending, push hard for next 5 days...if not done in 20days...settle with what's done and move to next subject...no point procrastinating...I am being stringent as i have a baby and can find numerous reasons to postpone a chapter or topic for later, as will you cord with your kids....so lets hang together and push hard. Anat it is. Kaplan sect1 till female repro sounds good. As for the benefit of kim, this would be Histo and cyto..for the following topics: cell, CNS, muscle, lymphoid organs, integument, respi, GIT, renal, male repro, female rero. I would also suggest to follow your study hrs with daily MCQ time. Suggestions??
