ts97 H. is the Gullbladder. if "on top of it" you mean the large black circle, that is "inferior vena cava". i think also it is E. Adrenal

It's quite apparent to me E is an empty space while H could be the adrenal gland. Thus answer is H. End of story.

what about F.Neuroblastoma.Though it is rare in adults it gives the symptoms the patient has.I don't think the adrenals are visible in the section given.

A stomach B pancreas C mesentery or if you want, ileal loops D spleen E perirenal fat or if you want left SR gland [it's SR not kidney 'cause on the left is small and on the right si big and we all know that the right kidney, so the SR too, are higher on the right] F .. don't know, could be the spinal nerve. it cannot be simpathetic ggl as stated earlyer 'cause the sy. ggl chains are located anterolaterally to the vertebral bodies G rib H .. I've no ideea. it cannot be SR gland for the reasons I stated earlyer, it is something that is posterior to IVC, maybe passes w/ the cava through it's opening and I dunno what that is I right lobe of the liver

i think the answer is H. there is this structure o both side in front of the kidney. but the left kidney is situated above the right one, then why the left side is smaller than right one?? is there any chance that B is the growth from left suprarenal? i took this picture from kaplan anatomy. it made me more confused. CAN YOU GUYS rethink and help me out.
