I was thinking Pheo too, but isn't D the spleen? E is the adrenal gland... Pheo=adrenal medulla... Other options I could think of Seratonin Syndrome maybe, so bowel? A? but probably not likely...

It's D -Pheo; spleen is usually located much anteriorly- you can palpate it easily from the front. B look like pancreas

it is pheochromocyroma.I think the section is above the kidney.and thekidneys are not visible.the only bilateral organ which is close to the vertebra is F.So I go for F

I take back my opinion on D- as pheo...it is no doubt spleen. Probabalt this image has no explanation for the clinical features. Take a CT chest or see through other images of abdomen!!! Attached files for clarification on anatomy

So everyone agree with Pheo as the diagnosis, and so its E, which is the adrenal... I conclude this by looking at Harry's pictures. On the other side you can already see the kidney which is bigger (its the organ with no pointer pointing towards it on the side of the liver).

ts97 H. is the Gullbladder. if "on top of it" you mean the large black circle, that is "inferior vena cava". i think also it is E. Adrenal

It's quite apparent to me E is an empty space while H could be the adrenal gland. Thus answer is H. End of story.
