I am in a very bad mood. I have now one week without reading one page in a very simple book like Goljan review. I do not know what I could do.. Just taking my books away from my kids and trying to study in the library, rather sitting to schedule what I will do tomorrow and never think what I must do today......... day after day ......... it is now one week or more..
My exam next September and I have not finished the first reading for Anatomy and Behavioral science..
And suggestion will be welcomed, any advice, it will be my pleasure..

stop doing paper plans which most of us never execute. stop thinking abt future as that makes us tensed. just think abt today. think what you want and what you can study. dont plan for tomorrow. just sit and study and try to finish the topics or subjects you wanted to ,today. dont postpone it for tomorrow. start with the topic you like the most or the one you feel is the easiest. do some Qs that builds confidence.

I always do it . I waste a whole day sometimes even a whole week saying I am in a bad mood I will study whenever I feel like studying and then regret for wasting so many days. Its just a starting problem, even if you are not in a mood dont stop studying...also take adequate breaks in between so that you dont get saturated.

Thanks doc179, I tried your advice and it seems too good. I am starting to get out from my depressed mood, May you are blessed in your exam..
