Step 1: 245/96
Step 2: 245/92
Step 3: 206/83 (177 is pass).
End results: 8+ interviews, 3 offers. Over 80 total paper applications sent out. All in Anesthesiology.

WOW this was a good link. i have bookmarked it. it will be useful in days to come.if he is right, then we should all be bold and go do teh exam. it appears like a lot of us may be focussing on stuff that is not tested and miss out on those tested and that would make the diff between an 80 or 90 pass. hmm.
