hi frens,
went to the exam just on time, the proctors were friendly[ they will be irrespectve of the centre],even 95% of SPs] eased our tension, before starting any case take time write down DDs,liqor aaa ,pamhugs foss, name and anything relevant to the case like LMP in female pt, rectal/pelvic exam etc so that u dont forget in the end, neednot rush into the room, i think i spent minimum one min.outside the room, show big smile, show all ur empathy sympathy, u can even just pat the sp if he /she appears to be in distress, assure the sp always that u will take care of him,
even if the case is difficult u can getaway with the general protocol i.e liqor.... say thanks ,smile,shake hand if possible/relevant,
last but not the least, how well we prepare ourselves, make protocols, we still miss some minute things ,so just relax, dont panic,
eat well not heavy, keep ur breath fresh [mints],dress neat ,smile in urselve before entering the room ,it will carry on throughout ur exam.

from my own experience and others aswell , 4 weeks shud be enough, i have seen people taking the exam with 15 days prep too,
