Whats the Wobble hypothesis?

It explains the discrepancy about tRNAs being more than Amino acids. The last base in the codon(mrna) or the first base in anticodon(trna) dont matter for specificity. Meaning, that 5' GCC 3' and 5' UCC 3' in the anticodon (tRNA) would code for same AMino acid. The last codon is attached very loosely to the 5' base in trna and hence it is like a wobble.
