A 2 yo boy is brought into the ER with a complaint of fever for 6 days, development of limp. On exam: erythematous macular exanthem over his body, ocular conjuctivitis, dry and cracked lips, red throat, cervical lymphadenopathy.There's grade II/VI syst ejection murmur at the lower sternal border.WBC and differential shows predominant neutrophils with increased platelets in smear.The most likely Ds:
a. scarlet fever
b. rheumatic fever
c. Kawasaki disease
d. juvenile rheumatoid arthritis
e. infectious mononucleosis
