Hi I need advice on what to look for during us medical experience.
I am planning to work in a large university based hospital and I may have access to various investigators withing centers who also are MDs ( I do have PhD and work full time as a post-doc).
Can you guys advice me what should I specifically look for?

Its a critical balancing act but not difficult to achieve.
You need to impress your attendings to get good LORS' by your knowledge honesty and timeliness.
But at the same time try not to piss off the interns or residents by showing off.
U know what i mean ,everybody thinks he/she is smarter than others so.........dont burst their ego bubble.( at the same time keep the people where they shud be dont let them overshadow you!!)
try and participate in teaching sessions try and present in lunchtime meetings and journal clubs.
Be active enthusiastic honest intrested punctual etc etc etc....................
