A lot of people suggest that Kaplan materials are sufficient, but Kaplan has only 4 pages on Ophthal and Otolaryngology combined. How can this suffice? What source can you recommend for Ophthal and ENT? Thank you.

read them in Ayala's 'Boards and Wards' - ophthalmology chapter is especially good in it - 'red eye', 'white eye' - symptom-based approach is very helpful - the same approach that is used in HPIM. if it will not be enough for you then read corresponding chapters in CMDT.

If the style suits you "Ophtalomology made ridiculously simple" is a good reading, too. I don't use CMDT, so maybe you don't need anything else beside what p53 has already suggested.
