a 51 year old man comes to physician with fatigue,weakness and joint pain for past 5 days.for past 9 months he is taking 10mg daily prednisone for severe rheumatiod artheitis.he tells physician that he has misplaced his medication and dint replaced it.following mechanism most likely responsible for patient's symptopms?
