well , wsated 3 hours yesterday watching television , just now i got up and planning to complete usmlewrold by evening and would start my kaplan q book and q bank by tommorrow , heard that there r 2500 questions in q bank , will finish it of by 10 days and 800 questions in q book , will finsih ot of by 4 days , so by this month end i should be done with questions and will revise kaplan text and questions for a month .......
ok guys , todays plan , finsih ent by 10 and electro by 4 and misce by 8then i will be done with usmleworld and relax by driving my car for an hour or so and then go to sleep .,
let me accomplish the mission

yesterday was studying in a cool way , propbably got lazy , but from today till my exam it is gonna be in full josh ,no brakes from now , ok , gonna do electro and miscellaneous and biostats , and winding up with usmleworld

hmmmmm.i m done with elctro ,miscellaneous,and bitostats , i hateee biostats , neither i understood the concepts , I M DONE WITH USMLEWORLD ,took 1 month and 10 days for it , well inbetween wasted 1 week ,almost 10 days , guess if i one can be serious abt working then one can finish it by 20 to 25 days , as everybody knows i m a LAZY guy and moreover not that super brainy,but i like the way i m
now gonna start Q book .,planning to do atleast 3 blocks , should be over with it by 5 days ,20 th i will decide whether to do Q bank or to continue with kaplan notes

According to your posts, yer not THAT lazy...., we all need a break from time to time. Just keep going.

well isther , i had UW in cd format , i used it as a learning tool , never assesed with it ,i think even if i had assesed myself with it , i would have got very less i guess.,so many things were confusing , anyway , i will asses myself with Q book , today planning to do atleast 3 blocks should finish Q book by 5 days ,
starting with medicine in Q book

did 2 blocks in Q book , and read only those questions i got wrong, got 60% in the first block and 72% in the second block , will try to do another 2 blocks before i sleep

well , wasted the whole afternoon , now started reading kaplan notes , started doing medicine , and will do a block in Q book along with kaplan notes daily , god , i m getting tensed , i wanna focuss for the nest 1 and a half month ..............

I've a question....have you only prepared from kaplan lecture notes or have u read any other book for ck as well.

well , i have read only kaplan , nothing else , and done with usmleworld , well now doing second reading ,
well today i got up as early as 3 in the morning , i didnt study but i didnt get sleep after that i was trying to get some sleep , i was rolling this side and that side .,and went for jogging in the morning around 7 and trying my best to concentrate on my books read around 10 pages , wanna do atleast 50 pages today , if possible will try to do a block in Q book ,god , plz make my mind focus on the books , i m going on thinking abt the future , like visas and all other bullshits in life , i wanna concentrate on the present time ..........................now is what i can do ,and thats the truth ,let the future be left in gods hand ..............

hi kar ..good journal and even better is ur prep. just finished second read with UW
starting Qbook tomorrow. dont plan to do Qbank..instead i have kaptest and couple of other q banks.. 2 more kaplan reads with FA and one revision of wrong UW answers..and take test last week of june IA
what do u say? how diffferent is ur plan?

well , plati , my plan , is to do another 2 readings of kaplan , Q book , with one block each day , and kaplan simulated , usmlecd questions , and usmleworld questions everything a quick revision , and leave for the exam ......i think i should run my vechile with nitro,..............gotta get the speed , whatever it is i have to give it in june last week .............i guess ur plan is good , all the best,
i slept in the afternoon , felt very anxious , so took alprazolam , guys lots of personal problems , anyway , now decided get over it and concentrate on my exam , and i m almost done with git , anyway , will try to do rheumatology ........tomorrow onwards for gods sake i should do well,..........

I think you need to be prescribed a full day off from anything to do with USMLE! Take a day, sleep, pray, eat, get some exercise and sunshine if possible. Read a fiction book for a change I am just worried that as you get more stressed and exaughsted your health (physical and mental) will start to deteriorate. This is not slacking off - on the contrary - you are being responsible and it is nothing to feel guilty about! It is wise to recognize our limits, but not wise to keep pushing them without a rest. I hope you don't take this as a lecture (the last thing you need) Take care of yourself

kaity , thanks for ur advice , well i appreciate any critics abt me , well i took a break , i went out with my friend for dinner , forgot abt studies , well today i study endocrinoly and done few pages of rheumatolgy , will try to finsih it before i go to sleep , let me work hard for another month , god hope i m on the right track...............

yesterday was a waste , didnt have proper sleep so spoilt the day , today , it is ok , well i m rushing thro medicine , and hoping to finish cardiology by today , if possible i would like to finish hemat too, god , give the speed and concentration .,i dont wanna compromise on my speed and the depth of understanding the concepts , now with cardio ..........

Hey kar & plati.....GL to both of you...I've a question....ppl say that UW is better that Kaplan q bank....then why don't they do this that take UW twice instead of taking UW once & then Kap q bank once?

well yesterday i didnt study in the afternoon , sounds stupid , cause i know i shouldnt be doing this at this time of my life , well anyway , i m done with cardiology and now i m with hematology .....wanna finsih by afternoon , and i wanna finish infectitious diseases by today evening ,planning to do one block in Q book ........will write my progress as soon as i finish my hematology in the afternoon..........

hi brokenheart , i think more and more new questions will make u recall better , but the questions that appear in the real exam is simillar to the one that appears on the UW , i mean the structure of the question.,but anyway i dont have time to do kaplan Q bank , anyway i will try to do it in 3 days if possible........running out of time ,i m a slow reader as well,

well , i couldnt finish infectitious diseases yesterday , hope i will finish it by evening ,yesterday i did a block of Q book , now i m doing infectitious diseases , hoping to finish neurology before i go to bed , and plan for tomorrow , i wanna finsih , pulmo , nephro and derma, by tomorrow i should be done with medicine ,at the max by 25 thplanning to start pediatrics as i m in a flow with medicine , i think i will be able to speed up with pediatrics,
