if a psychiatry patient or a demented patient is accompanied by relative or caregiver........what should be done....ask the relative to wait outside or should i take the history form bothe the patient and caregiver in psychiatry case and history from the caregiver in dementia case ....for example in alzeimers.?
also the second question is suppose a woman cpmes with multiple bruises on her body and she is accompanied by her husband......you are suspecting domestic abuse.do you ask the husband to leave the room and talk to the wife alone? what to do and how to handle such a case?
