hi friends..
I s it necessary to go to teh kaplan centre to study the lectures..is the content of the dvd's which i am getting from someone on the net..samea s what is being offered int hese programmes?

Hi, i am not sure about the Lectures at the kaplan center, but i am sure the that The DVD lectures, are quite good along with the Kaplan Lecture notes,
All the topics are well explained in the kaplan DVDs, and you get to know all the high yield points too. I especially liked Behavioral Science, because i am weak in that subject , and physiology & Bichemistry is also well explained. Over all i liked the DVDs, they help me study at my own pace too, you can pause and rewind whenever you want, i even listen to them while i am doing doing other chores.
I think the Center prep lectures, where you go to their center and they show you videos there, are pretty much same as the DVDs.
Though the KAplan LIve lectures are different
Dont know much about what the Kaplan centres (Live lectures)are like, They probably do teach well,the advantage would be that you can ask questions to the lecturers when you have doubts,(but the DVDs do give a pretty good explanation as well) but what i heard is the Live lectures are very intense and exhausting, and you get very little time for self study. And ofcourse very expensive too.
You can read other old posts about the Kaplan DVDs , for getting other opinions.
And maybe you can also ask someone who has taken the Kaplan LIve lectures what its like?
