finished exams matched and everything
probably one of the final questions i'll ever post
in my country there is a long wait til u get scheduled to see the counsel at the US embassy
now there is no way for me to know when my lisence and visa papers will be ready so i'm going to schedule an interview at around june 10th and hopefully by then i will have the papers so when i show up for the interview everything is in place
the question is if for some reason my papers arent ready by june 10th and i dont go to interview cz there is no point in going without the papers .. and taking another interview apponitent after i receive the papers might be too late cz they wouldnt be able to schedule me in time
the question is since i have b1/b2 can i just go to us and apply for change in status? can i actually go on a b1/b2 with a 1 way ticket at around mid june and apply for h1b there ( or follow up my papers) i dont know what this is called .. but finish the paper work from over there
please advise on what i should do

CHeck with your immigration attorney who is processing your visa. They will tell you the best thing to do. ___________________ bbb - trying to combine common sense and humour into realistic answers, but not going to guess on anyone's chances of getting into a position....
