thats right, low EF or AF are indication of coagulation in HF

well guest, ischemic heart disease when it is acute is an indication for coagulation by itself and does not reqd heart failiure for its indication, as far as hear failiure due to IHD is concern,in long term does not reqd coagulation,unless the above mention criteria are also met. any further suggestion also invited.
