1. 21 yo gravida 1 , seen for the first time at 16-week gestation. Hx and exam -normal, except for a large solid mass in the posterior pelvis. It is slightly lobulated, immobile, smooth, cannot be completely palpated. There is some question if it will obstruct the labor> Which procedure should be carried out:

And, by the way, the pregnancy should be continued, no need to terminate. Just watch out coz the condition can precipitate infection easier than in normal pregnant woman.

q-1 definitely ultrasound to check what it is
q-2 is pelvic kidney dd of pelvic mass in pregnancy can also obsruct labour
