And, by the way, the pregnancy should be continued, no need to terminate. Just watch out coz the condition can precipitate infection easier than in normal pregnant woman.

q-1 definitely ultrasound to check what it is q-2 is pelvic kidney dd of pelvic mass in pregnancy can also obsruct labour
