i know we cant afford t go wrong with any case in real life , i meant how many cases shud we do well to pass the exam

All I know is that some do not finish all the cases and still pass. Specially the neuro cases. Remember some of the stuff you would never do it in real practice. Some maneuvers are a waste of time. In real practice you can reach a DX faster than you would with the protocol that you must follow for this test. Also rarely in a US hospital do physicians examine a patient in detail as it is done in some parts of the world to reach a diagnosis. Most physicians just look at you and order a bunch of exams and have the exams give you the diagnosis.
