Agree with all and Robin... also I would add Griseofulvin and other -azoles to the list. smiling face

-Sulfonylureas also cause disulfiram like rxns (NOT seen with second generation drugs)
--So others like tolbutamide and chlorpropamide.

Avoid:

cheese with MAO inhs HTN crisis

milk with tetacycline -divalent cations

sunlight with amniodarone and tetracycline and porphyria cutanea tarda

tobacco with asbestos and diabetes

wine with metronidazole and cefamandole "disulfarim effect" and MAO inhs (HTN crisis)
