ill go with A too .. its a Alpha lecithinase maybe it damages neutrophils mem also ..

A. as all others dont look that good.
but may be its the fact that clostridium works in anaerobic environment and neutrophils cant act there. as in the case of clostridium tetani .
Plz explain.
