it is not P.Vulgaris, because there are NO oral, or mucusal lesions the Diagnosis is P.Pemphegoid, and the answer is D

i think suprabasal blisters supports P vulgaris. (robbins pg 795)

if it were subepidermal blisters, then think of b pemphigoid or dermatitis herpetiformicus

Pemphigoid does not have acantholysis. PemphiGUS does have acantholysis. Answer is C.
