Confused. Pregnancy is 100% contraindicated, but coronary artery disease(angina, stable and especially unstable) is a contraindication too.

The answer is A
I use common sense to dissect this.
There are so many patients in the hospital with CAD who smokes
Men, they asked "me" to push them in a wheelchair after they are transferred out of step-down to a regular bed and want to go outside to smoke.
So I don't see why a CAD patient can not be given nicotinic patch.
It is only contradicated if severe CAD with symptoms you would NEVER give nicotinic patches
It causes vasomotor contraction and angina !

Cohort study is seldom used to study the causes of cancer
Because it takes 20-30 years to wait prospectively to find out.
Cohort study started when the veterans are discharged from the Army and followed them at that point and follow them next 10, 20. 30 years and to see what kind of cancer they have compared with the other 5,000 who did not expose to Agent Orange.
This question asked "to go back" and see what kind of cancers they already have and compare !
So it can not be Cohort study !
