i think the answer is B
basically they have asked whaT most affects the EXPRESSION...as in rate limiting. mRNA i think has the shortest half life so the speed of its synthesis would influence protein synthesis in a growing cell the most

nadiabarati has posted this q before but all we got answers but no explanations so please share ur views

gene expression means transcription. So mRNA expression means translation and in the answers just ribosomes play a key role in translation.

mRNA expression is regulated by transcription factors. That is B.
