maybe complete mole: B
We need more information to know this is complete or partial mole, this q is vague because both complete and partial mole is asociated with hydroptic changes of the villi.

A) 45 X0 is the genotip for Turner
B) 46xx:
----95% of mola finding is 46xx, complete mola, with all chromosomes paternal (an anucleat ovula meet an 23X sperm witch is dedublated)
----46xx can be the genotype for an normal female
C) 46XY is the genotype for an normal men
D)46XXY isn't a valid karyotype. Some Klinefelter's Syndromes can have this combination
E) 49XXY is partial mola
So i will go for E because B it's somehow confusing
