I had the entire medicine book but also the companion tapes which read and discuss word by word of the entire book. The tapes are 72 hours long in CD format. But the book and the tapes came out in 2002. The new one is coming out in 2007 but it costs $2,000.00. I do not recommend anyone to buy a medicine textbook and the companion audio tapes (the authors read the text almosts word by word and it did help some but not much) I also had The Mayo Clinic DVD vidoe lectures medicine review tapes (late 2004-2005). But it is also very expensive US $1,600.00. But it is very helpful to watch the DVD lectures. Anyone tried that to read and listen and watch the lectures. The Mayo Clinic also had the entire q book in "written" book format but also came in DVD format. You can read the book and listen to the DVD and watch the lecturers to explain everything. They give you 10 seconds-20 seconds to answer each question and then explain the answer in a DVD format. It is expensive but worth the money.
