I go with E Danazol is often indicated in endometriosis and some kinds of anemia. In testicular atrophy, there is a decrease in testosterone production (because shrinkage of Leydig cells) and spermatogenesis, therefore, treatment should be Testosterone or maybe Gonadotropin-Releasing Agonist (research being conducted).

Testosterone therapy is clearly beneficial for men whose testicles fail to produce sufficient levels of testosterone (male hypogonadism). For this group of men, it can restore sexual function and muscle strength and prevent bone loss. courtesy:: MAYO CLINIC Website

testosteron is the answer- the capacity of Leydig cells to secrete testosterone is impaired after mumps orchitis , but the capacity to form estrogen is not because most estrogen is formed in extraglandular sites.

I will go with B, as exogenous testosterone further causes testis atrophy.
