I went to medical school with 2 top students and they never went to class and scored 99%m in all the examinations

I learn a lot from this couple.

1. they studied together

2. They married each others. They are husband and wife

3. They read the book and tried to understand instead going through the questions q book

4. But if you have no time, try to understand how to answer the questions.

a) go for the simple things, the most common things, the most probably diagnosis

b) What is this? What do you do with this? What is the tst to make the diagnosis ? How to treat ? What is the alternative treatment?

c) don't treat any patients who are asymptomatic. Sarcoid no sym, don't give steroid, kid asymmetric breast don't treat. constitutional growth delay. don't treat, closed-head concussion, don't treat, watch

d) all 60 years are cancer until proven otherwise

e) all 30 years old women are Lupus, Rheumatoid arthritis, Myath. gravis, Multiple sclerosis etc

f) abc a:airway, b:breathing c: circulation

don't look at the answer and think about the diagnosis and eliminate the wrong answers

Good luck

Look for "code words"

1. darkened skin= increased ACTH

2. enlarged breast and sparse pubic hair= Klinefelter's syndrome
